I used the sharpen tool to sharpen the buildings.
I changed the photo to black and white but decided I wanted it in color instead.
I blurred out the trees and water.
I used hue on the photo.
I really like intense saturation so I enhanced the photo.
I used zoom to work on objects at a closer view.
I brightened the photo.
I used contrast on the houses.
I used the spot healing tool to remove the cows but I liked them so I brought them back.
I cropped out unwanted outer layers of the picture.
