I downloaded a slow shutter speed app called Slow Shutter Free. It is what I used to take these photos. I took them at the Barbour County Fair this past week. I can't decide whether I like the one with the neon blue or the one I edited in black and white. I think they are all so cool though!
Nice Job on the slow shutter app. It has showed me on what I could do to help improve my photography skills.
